2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following order confirmation. Upon shipment, customers will receive a separate email notification containing tracking details.

Standard delivery times range from 5 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service.

3. Change of Delivery Address

Customers may request an address change prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, we can attempt to update the delivery address once, but success is not guaranteed due to courier restrictions.

4. Out-of-Stock Products

In the event that one or more items in your order are out of stock, the unavailable items will be canceled and refunded. The remainder of your order will ship as scheduled.

6. Shipment Tracking

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us directly. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the item has been delivered. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
