2.5 Delivery and Shipping Unless otherwise noted, standard shipping fees are included in the product price. Orders are generally shipped within 5–14 business days following payment confirmation.

Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the package and retaining proof of purchase. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery. AlorairCoil is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after this point.

SECTION 3. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

3.1 Ownership and Risk Transfer
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon delivery. Should damage occur during shipping via our designated carrier, AlorairCoil will provide a replacement and communicate a revised delivery schedule.

If an alternate courier is selected by the customer, responsibility for any damage or loss transfers upon departure from our facility.
3.2 Order Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service immediately:.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order is in transit, you may refuse the delivery and return the item. In such cases, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of undamaged returned merchandise. Damage occurring during customer possession or return shipping may result in deductions or denial of refund.
3.3 Consumer Rights
